Your Unicorn will assist virtually using her own software and computer equipment.
It’s the hassle-free, cost-effective way for you to achieve your business goals with an expert on board to provide support! Think of her as your new biz partner or office manager.
Your Unicorn will complete all projects according to their own timetable but will work hard to fully discuss and notate your needs from the beginning to ensure that we are the right fit and that your goals are met. Please note, your Unicorn will have a wait-list when necessary to avoid long turnaround times for existing clients.
*For more hands on deck, there is an option to enlist additional Unicorns at an additional cost. This will vary depending on the tasks and turnaround. If interested in this option, please ask and we will be happy to provide a custom estimate.

There are lots of ways your Unicorn will assist you, but the main thing to keep in mind is this: With your Unicorn, you have a highly skilled individual ready to help, as and when you require a right-hand (wo)man. It’s flexible, efficient and magically effective!
You will meet with your Unicorn weekly or bi-weekly to determine next steps and often “assign homework” so that your role is also clear in this co-creation. I also am available for chats via VOXER or WHATSAPP, for an additional charge. Typically each day with voxer communication will result in .25 (15 mins) taken from your overall timesheet. In heavy usage situations, the price may vary.
Your Unicorn uses a wide variety of tools to enable the speedy and efficient completion of each project. Typically we will collaborate in Google Drive and then we will adapt to a wide range of software to make the magic happen!
Each project is unique, and turnaround time will depend on the level of complexity of each project. This will also depend on the level of responsibility on the Client & on the Unicorn. We will go as fast or slow as we need to.

When asked, your Unicorn will remove all files pertaining to a client’s project after the work is complete. Otherwise, these will be kept safely on Google Drive in case it is needed for future reference. She will happily sign any forms to ensure all
No Prob! If you have an exact budget and lead time for one of your projects, we will itemize our invoice and quote per project on a case-by-case basis.
For hands-on help during critical time-slots, our team can reserve hours as needed. Perfect for you if you need recurring help for running weekly calls, web or live events, etc.

For creative work, times can vary and your clarity is crucial for design efficiency. In most cases, we will design the workload together and review visual assets.
If you have a special way you would like your projects organized, we will follow your special protocol. Additionally, we can create a custom workflow & PM tool for your team as needed on Trello, Asana, or similar.
Your Unicorn is happy to make adjustments to existing websites in Kajabi, Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, and a variety of other online platforms.
If you require a custom quote for a brand new site, that is priced separately as it is more cost effective for both parties to price per website project.
